International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is available, although it is currently currently limited to a handful of countries. If you don't see your country in the list when you're checking out, contact me and I'll look into adding your country.
Orders/Inventory
I do my best to keep the Seventh.Ink inventory up to date, but from time to time I do run out of certain products. It is very rare, but if you somehow order a product that is out of stock I will notify you and we'll discuss.
Return/Exchange Policy
Unworn/unwashed shirts can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. Once the shirt is received and assessed as being in good condition I will invoke a refund minus the fee.
Equal exchanges have no fee, but must include return postage from Seventh.Ink to you. We will handle this transaction before any return is processed.
Returns and exchanges must be done by following these instructions:
Please contact Seventh.Ink if you want to return or exchange your order. I will only accept returns that are postmarked within 14 days of reciept, and only if you email me first to get approval. Returns/exchanges must be in perfect condition and have the original tags in place, otherwise they will not be accepted.
If your shirt has a manufacturing error you will be refunded an amount to cover the cost of USPS First Class shipping back to Seventh.Ink.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped (you will be notified via email when your order has shipped), you can let me know by using the contact form and I will refund your payment and cancel your order.
